Central Division have been very busy yet again this year offering even more exciting opportunities and new experiences for all our girls and Leaders too.

As a Division we continue to be growing, the leaders are full of new ideas and enthusiasm and this shows with the number of girls we have.

1st Elderslie brownies have enjoyed a trip to London, 19 Brownies and 6 Leaders flew down from Glasgow to London on the 14th October, they stayed at Pax Lodge and packed lots into their long weekend as I'm sure you'll see in the photos.

The Brownies went on the London Eye, took part in the Shrek experience, went to the Lyceum Theatre to see "The Lion King". the girls also took part in a pinning ceremony at Pax Lodge, visited Madam Tussauds and rubbed shoulders with the world’s most iconic figures! They even managed to visit Downing Street and knocked the door of number 10 before chatting to the policeman on duty and playing on the railings! One Brownie even managed inside to visit the toilet!! fabulous memories made. Thanks to all who helped make this possible for our girls.

We have been very lucky in Central and have quite a few new leaders so hopefully more girls will be able to experience guiding. The Guiders have gained their "going away with" licenses both indoor and out, 1st aid and catering certificate and not forgetting leadership qualifications, congratulations to everyone.
