An exciting visit to Ryze Trampoline Park based in Glasgow gave 3 Paisley Division Guide units an amazing evening out with exhilarating results.
Once the safety talk and correct use of the trampolines had been explained and discussed, it was then time to start jumping.
The girls were ecstatic and excited about having the space to exercise to their heart’s content. Displays of somersaults, log rolls (barrel rolls) and twists were all part of the fun.
The girls and leaders headed home exhausted but a return visit is most likely to happen again.
