Gourock Guide Unit Catching Up!
2nd Gourock Guides played catch-up recently when they had a very enjoyable evening doing activities that had been planned for earlier in the year but surprise surprise the weather prevented them happening!

1st Elderslie Brownies
This is one of the new taster cards we tried on Thursday night, the girls loved comparing the games and activities brownies used to do and what they do now.

Gourock Guides at South Newton
2nd Gourock Guides rose to the challenge at their recent summer camp at South Newton when they completed a Scotland-wide challenge badge aptly named Rise to the Challenge.

Battery Park Larkfield BBQ
Larkfield Rainbows, Brownies, Guides and Leaders rounded off this Session with a District BBQ at Battery Park.

Ninety Guides from Greenock Division joined in the party at Girlguiding Scotland’s biggest ever POP concert on Saturday 17th June.

An exciting visit to Ryze Trampoline Park based in Glasgow gave 3 Paisley Division Guide units an amazing evening out with exhilarating results.
Rainbow Overnight
The first ever Paisley Division Rainbow Overnight has been held at South Newton. The theme was a Princess overnight stay.

Rainbow units have been busy working through the Roundabout Badges and making Promises and taking part in lots of crafts, games and songs and some themed nights.

Units and districts continue to encourage leaders and girls with sleepovers, weekends away, fundraising events, unit nights, within and outwith the meeting places, badge work, Go for Its, Rainbow Roundabouts, Pots of Gold Parties and SS16 events.
Queen’s Birthday Cake Fun
The 2nd Gourock Guides celebrated the Queen’s 90th birthday with each Guide decorating an individual birthday cake in their own design.
